Personal Information we may collect from you include but are not limited to your name, address, gender, birth date and email address, your telephone number, special occasion dates, vacation preferences, and personal identification card/passport and credit card information (cardholder name, card number and expiration date) as well as emergency contact information (the name, address and telephone number of someone not traveling with you who we can contact in case of an emergency). ("Profile Information") In addition you may provide us with certain additional information (“Additional Information”) relating to your dietary or religious preferences, health requirements, health insurance information, medical conditions, gender or sexual preference.

v) 當您在遊輪上購買或體驗某些活動或娛樂服務專案時； When you purchase or participate in certain services or activities available onboard our cruise;
vi) 當您向我們呼叫中心的代表提供資訊時； When you provide your information to one of our call center representatives;
vii) 從我們的商業合作夥伴和/或服務提供者（關聯公司和非關聯公司）處收集； When you use the services or purchase the products provided by our affiliated companies or business partners; or

vi) 將我們的最新產品、服務、衍生產品及服務、活動預告、抽獎、競賽或促銷推廣活動等及時告知您； To promptly notify you of our newest Products, Services, event preview or other promotional activities;
vii) 資料分析和研究等內部目的（但這些統計資訊不包含您的任何個人身份識別資訊）； For internal purposes such as data analysis and research (these data shall not include any of your personally identifiable information);

In order to fulfill the above purposes, we may cross-border transmit, share and use your Personal Information with our “Affiliated Companies” (which include, but are not limited to, Carnival Corp & plc Carnival Cruise Line, Holland America Line, Princess Cruises and Seabourn; P&O Cruises, Cunard; AIDA Cruises; Costa Cruises and each of their subsidiaries) and business partners. The countries or regions where the receivers are located include, but are not limited to, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, Germany, Italy, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore and Taiwan.

We are obliged to comply with legal and regulatory compliance matters in all applicable jurisdictions, including, but not limited to, annual filings, auditing or other matters for compliance with applicable company law, cruise legislation and regulations. Your consent is not needed with regards to share your Personal Information to the following parties solely for purposes of complying with above legal and compliance obligations.
